I have dealt with REOs, foreclosures, first time home buyers, NODs, and relocation. I have appraised for all the big banks including Bank of America, to establish 4 values for foreclosure. I have sold homes for 18+ years and have been an appraiser for longer than I want to disclose!! I have appeared with investors on the courtroom steps for auctioned homes for value purposes. I am also an Expert Witness in court for divorce cases and litigation.
I love looking at luxury homes and having that element of surprise once I open the door. I love showing homes!
I enjoy golfing in my spare time and teaching my 13 year old grandson to play with me. I have been married 50 years and have just recently purchased a home on the Anaheim Hills Golf Course! When I'm not playing, I'm watching!
